1-ON-1 COACHING
The most all-inclusive and tailored personal training plan offered by Bloom Fitness. Completely online, you’ll work closely with Katelyn through text message, email, and MyPTHub (app for your iPhone or Android) to achieve your fitness goals. Plans are shared via app for easy access.
This plan is recommended for people new to fitness, anyone who has a hard time with accountability, or individuals who are looking to take the next step in their fitness journey.

- Customized cardio protocols (adjustments as needed)
- Macro-based nutritional guidance and education (IIFYM)

12-WEEK CUSTOM
TRAINING PLAN
A one-time only, customized, and tailored personal training plan offered by Bloom Fitness. Katelyn will write you a personalized 12-week plan based on your goals, lifestyle information, and current fitness level/ability. Plans are shared via MyPTHub.
This plan is recommended for people already comfortable in the gym or anyone looking for a new training protocol. This plan is not recommended for new health and fitness lifestyle members due to lack of guidance.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
Macro-based nutrition guidance for those already following a training plan/aren’t looking for one. Completely online, you’ll work closely with Katelyn through text message, email, and MyPTHub (app for your iPhone or Android) to achieve your fitness goals through a nutrition plan. Plans are shared via app for easy access.
This plan is recommended for people who need diet guidance and accountability only. NOTE: I do not offer meal plans.
